VPNBH Help & FAQs

Find steps for account, connection, route and billing issues. Check your account status and client message first, then work through the suggestions one by one. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel.

Accounts & subscriptions

Account setup, device transfers and the latest subscription details.

Do I need an email address to create a VPNBH account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, and save them in a trusted password manager. You’ll need the same account to sign in, view your plan and access your subscription. If you forget your login details, check the account recovery options in the user panel. Don’t create a new account to recover an old subscription; plans aren’t transferred automatically between accounts.

Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?

No. You don’t need to buy another plan just because you’ve changed devices. VPNBH supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Get the VPNBH client for your new device, sign in to your existing account and import the subscription using the method shown in the user panel. Before switching, check your account name and plan status on your old device. If no subscription appears on the new device, make sure you’re signed in to the original account before placing another order.

How do I sync my client after updating my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and check your current plan and subscription details. Then find the update or refresh option under subscription management in your client. Reopen the route list and check whether the route names have changed. If the old list still appears, make sure the client is using the subscription for your current account. Don’t post your subscription URL publicly or copy replacement links from untrusted sources. Button names vary by client and platform.

Should I choose a monthly plan or a data package?

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Options: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages are used as needed and never expire: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Consider how often you use the service, then compare monthly data resets with data that stays available until used. Don’t choose based on price alone.

Connections & troubleshooting

Start with the websites, apps and messages shown in your client to narrow down the issue.

The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I do?

Try a few different websites to see whether the issue affects one site or the whole connection. Then switch routes and reconnect. Check whether the client’s proxy mode includes your browser. If only domain names fail while other services are reachable, check your system’s DNS settings. Reconnect after switching networks, too. Testing one change at a time and noting the results is more useful than repeatedly clicking Connect.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

Check whether the client is in global or rule-based mode. A routing rule may send the app’s traffic directly, even if your browser reaches the same service through a different route. Temporarily switch modes to compare, restart the app and check that your system allows the client to stay connected. If only one feature is affected, it may use a different domain. Once you’ve finished troubleshooting, restore the rules that work for your everyday use.

What should I check if my connection keeps dropping?

First check whether your local network is stable, then see whether disconnections happen only on a particular route or device. Try another route, update the subscription and restart the client. On mobile devices, check background activity restrictions: the system may pause the client and interrupt the connection. If drops occur only when you switch networks, reconnect and test again. Note the time, platform, route name and client message before submitting a support ticket.

How do I fix a failed subscription update or a subscription the client can’t read?

Check your plan status in the user panel and retrieve the current subscription details for your account again. Make sure the client hasn’t saved an expired or incomplete URL, then trigger an update manually. If the client shows an error, keep a copy of the message. You can also switch networks temporarily to check whether your current network is preventing the subscription from loading. Don’t post your full subscription URL in a public help forum. For assistance, describe the issue in a ticket from your account.

Speed & routes

Test routes with your target service and current network; don’t judge performance by route names.

Which route should I try for buffering during peak hours?

First check whether the video platform and your local network are both working normally. Then compare different route types using the same exit region. VPNBH offers IEPL, relay and direct routes; choose based on actual playback, since route names and geographic distance alone don’t predict performance. After switching, reopen the video so it uses the new route and check whether buffering continues. If several regions have the same issue, note the time and playback conditions for troubleshooting.

What’s the difference between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

These terms describe different connection paths, not a fixed speed ranking that applies to every website. IEPL routes are worth testing first for cross-border access. Relay routes provide a comparison when a direct path isn’t performing well, while direct routes can suit situations where a simpler path is preferred. Test routes individually based on the exit region, target service and current network. After switching, confirm that the client is using the new route before judging the result.

Which region should I choose for AI tools or streaming?

Check the target service’s region and account requirements, then choose a route with a suitable exit region. VPNBH covers 100+ countries and 150+ routes, but coverage doesn’t mean every third-party service will accept every exit. If you still see a region notice, confirm that the client switched successfully, reopen the service and try another route in the same region. Third-party account rules and content catalogs can change, so check the service’s current information.

How can I tell whether slow speeds are caused by the route or my local network?

Check whether your local network is slow without the VPN connection. Then use the same device and website while comparing different exit regions or route types one at a time. If only one website is slow, the service itself may be the cause. If the issue occurs only on one network, check that network’s connection quality first. A connected status in the client doesn’t guarantee that a route is working normally. Note the time, region and symptoms when you test.

Billing & refunds

Compare monthly plans with data packages, and check orders in your account.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Options are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan, activation date and the details shown on the upgrade page in the user panel. Don’t assume your data resets on the payment date or the first of the month. If the page doesn’t match your expectations, submit a ticket for clarification.

Do data packages expire at the end of the month?

No. Unlike monthly plans, data packages don’t reset at the end of the month. They remain available until used and never expire. Options are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Before paying, check whether you’ve selected a data package or a monthly plan: package data is used from your remaining balance, while monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Check your balance in the user panel, and don’t combine balances from different accounts.

What payment methods does VPNBH accept?

VPNBH accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After choosing a plan, check the available methods and pending order details in the user panel. Verify the plan and amount before paying. If your account status hasn’t updated after payment, check the order page first to avoid paying twice. For help verifying an order, share the order details and any messages you saw in a ticket from your account. Don’t post payment receipts publicly.

How do I request a refund within 60 days?

VPNBH offers a 60-day refund policy. Sign in to the account used for the purchase, open the ticket form in the user panel, and request a refund with the relevant order details so the purchase can be verified. If you can’t access the order page, describe the payment method and issue in your ticket. Be sure to cover sensitive information on any proof of payment before submitting it. See the VPNBH refund policy page for full details.
