Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how VPNBH handles information related to accounts, orders and website use while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Please read it before using the service. Specific plan and refund terms are set out on the relevant pages and in the Terms of Service.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Accounts use a username and password; no email address is required. VPNBH processes this account information for authentication, account management and subscription services. If you voluntarily include an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, we use them only to identify the issue, respond to your request and follow up. They are not required to open an account.

When you purchase or use a plan, the service needs to retain order records, plan status and data usage to deliver the service, verify payments, process refunds and respond to billing questions. Website analytics help us check that pages work properly and improve their content. They are not used to build a list of the international websites users visit. When submitting a support ticket, please leave out personal information unrelated to the issue.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNBH does not record which websites users access through the service or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's cross-border browsing activity. Real-time processing needed to operate the network is different from retaining access records over time: connection requests must be processed to transmit data, but the service does not use them to create personal browsing or connection histories.

Remaining plan data and validity status are account service data used to determine whether a subscription is active, not records of websites visited. If you submit a support ticket about a technical issue, details you provide—such as a route name, an error screenshot or troubleshooting notes—will be handled as support records. Please first redact any sensitive information in screenshots that is unrelated to the issue.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain your login, remember interface preferences and support website analytics. Locally saved login credentials help identify your account as you move between pages. After using a shared device, we recommend logging out of the panel and clearing the site's stored data from the browser if needed.

Disabling or clearing browser storage may end your logged-in session and reset saved interface preferences. Website analytics and data transmitted over subscription routes serve different purposes: the former help us monitor use and operation of this site; the latter provide the network connections users request.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNBH supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After you choose a payment method, the transaction may be handled by the relevant third-party payment provider. Its own policies govern how it collects and uses payment information. Please review the information shown on the relevant payment page before submitting a payment.

VPNBH retains transaction results, order status and related billing records needed to fulfill orders, including activating subscriptions, checking suspicious transactions and handling support requests. The service does not need to share details of users' cross-border browsing activity with payment providers. If you have questions about an order record, submit a support ticket through the user panel and include the relevant order details for review.

Retention and Deletion

Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order, billing and support records are retained to the extent needed to process transactions, address disputes and meet applicable obligations. Once they are no longer needed for these purposes, VPNBH will delete or de-identify them. Because different records serve different purposes, this policy does not set one fixed retention period for all records.

To access, correct or request deletion of account-related information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying which information you want us to handle. VPNBH will verify the request's link to your account. If records must still be retained for an open order, dispute handling or applicable obligations, we will explain what cannot yet be deleted. Any other eligible information will be handled after verification.

Policy Updates

VPNBH may revise this policy in response to changes in service processes, data handling practices or applicable requirements. Updated text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be changed. We will provide notice in an appropriate location on the site if there are significant changes to how personal information is handled, so users can review the policy again.

This policy describes VPNBH's principles for handling relevant information; it does not replace plan details or the Terms of Service. If you have questions about how your information is handled, contact the service through the support ticket portal in the user panel.
